You can use the Quota Center console to query the adjustment range of a quota.
On the Quota Center quota list page, click Request:
If the Request Quota field displays a range, such as [50,100], the quota has a continuous value range. The value can be any integer within this range.
If the Request Quota field displays a spinner or a drop-down list, the quota has discrete values. Its value can be selected from the options in the spinner or drop-down list.
If the Request Quota field does not appear, no adjustment range is configured for the quota.
