1 Alibaba Cloud console (console) authorization
After you purchase Quick Tracking by using your Alibaba Cloud account, log on to the QT console.
Account synchronization in the upper-right corner. The RAM account synchronization system synchronizes the sub-account information configured in the current RAM account to the background of Quick Tracking.
Procedure: Select China (Shanghai) or China (Zhangjiakou) and select Synchronize RAM Account.
If all RAM accounts are synchronized, all RAM accounts under the primary account are synchronized
to synchronize some ram accounts, you can select specific ram accounts for synchronization, as shown in the following figure
If the error message "You do not have sufficient permissions..." appears after you log on to the QT console by using a RAM user, see Authorize a RAM user to access the QT console. After you assign the policy permissions to a RAM user, the RAM user can view the activation status and usage status of the product in the QuickTracking Alibaba Cloud console.
2 QuickTracking Platform Account Authorization
Log on to the Quick Tracking console by using your Alibaba Cloud account.
the primary account is required to authorize ram sub-accounts in account management and permission management. you need to select "management console_platform access"
3 Function permission and data permission configuration
Use the Alibaba Cloud account or the super administrator account to grant role permissions to the RAM account, or grant specific functional and data permissions to the RAM account. For more information, see Permission management.
4. FAQ
FAQ 1: The validity period of the performance experience has not expired. The management console prompts: "You have not purchased the performance experience" or the QuickTracking performance experience interface prompts: "You currently lack access permissions. Please purchase related products. "
Solution: The performance experience resource package exceeds the limit. You need to continue to purchase the resource package and use it after recharging.
FAQ 2: Only one organization is available after you purchase a feature module
By default, Quick Tracking is available in the following editions: Extreme Edition, Standard Edition Edition, and Expert Edition. The default organization quota of the Extreme Edition is one. For more information, see:
