Permission administrators can grant edit and view permissions on visualization screen resources.
Background information
Permission attributes differ between the Collaborative state and the Private state, as shown in the following figure.
Collaborative authorization includes the following permission levels:

Edit: A user with the Edit permission can edit and view the visualization screen.

View: A user with the View permission can only view the visualization screen.

Scenario 1: Grant the edit permission on a visualization screen
To grant edit permissions on a visualization screen, select Specified Members or All Workspace Members for Editing Permission.

On the Centralized Authorization page, select the workspace that you want to manage and select visualization screen resources.

On the Collaboration Authorization page, select Edit Permission and grant permissions.
In the following example, Specified Members is selected for Editing Permission, and Analyst A is granted the edit permission on the visualization screen.

Optional: Synchronize permissions.
If Analyst A needs to edit another visualization screen in the workspace, click Synchronization Settings, select the visualization screen that you want to edit, and then click Synchronize.
For example, Analyst A is granted the Edit permission on Regional Sales Data. After the permission is synchronized, Analyst A can also edit Provincial Operations Data.
NoteSynchronization Mode supports Increment Synchronization and Cover Synchronization.

Increment Synchronization: Retains the existing permissions of the target resources.

Cover Synchronization: Replaces the existing permissions of the target resources with the permissions of the current resource.

Scenario 2: Grant the view permission on a visualization screen
In this example, Visitor B is granted the permission to view regional sales data.

On the Centralized Authorization page, select the workspace that you want to manage and select visualization screen resources.

On the Authorization for Collaboration page, select the project that you want to grant permissions to.
The following figure shows how to grant Visitor B the view permission on the visualization screen by selecting Regional Sales Data.
