Quick Audience:Workspace Management Overview

A workspace is an independent workspace that is used to operate Data Management and users of a single brand in the group. Workspaces are managed by workspace administrators and organization administrators. Workspaces include:

  • workspace member management: allows you to add and manage workspace members and set roles for the members so that the members have permissions to perform corresponding operations in the workspace.

  • Role management: You can add and manage roles in a workspace, and add and manage members of a workspace.

  • Manage member groups: You can configure member groups to grant permissions to members at a time.

  • Space system configuration: performs system configuration that takes effect only for the space, including:

    • Task parallelism settings for data import scheduling, crowd creation /edit /update, and model update.

    • The maximum parallelism settings for data bank push tasks, maximum parallelism settings for DAMO disk push tasks, and maximum parallelism settings for Kafka push tasks.

  • Spatial interface configuration: Create a Kafka push interface and manage Kafka, data bank, and DAMO disk push interfaces.

  • Member access: allows you to view the number of visits and page clicks of the member insight and user marketing modules, create audiences, AIPL models, push to data banks, Kafka, and send marketing tasks. You can export the statistics.

  • Self-service analysis configuration: Select the tables that you want to participate in Self-service Analysis and add them to the Quick BI.
