Organization and Workspace Management
Quick Audience operates at two levels: organization and workspace. An organization can contain multiple workspaces, each often corresponding to a subdivision of a brand or department.
Organizations and workspaces
After you purchase Quick Audience with an Alibaba Cloud account, you can manage your organization as an administrator by default.
You can create multiple workspaces within an organization.
A workspace, also referred to as a space, often corresponds to a subdivision of a brand or department. Organization members must join a workspace to perform user insights, user marketing, and other business operations for that brand or department.
An organization member can join multiple workspaces.
Workspace members have different permissions based on their roles. A workspace administrator has full permissions and can manage workspace configurations. For more information, see Workspace Role Management.
The organization administrator is automatically added to all workspaces with the same permissions as the workspace administrator. You can replace the workspace administrator to manage configurations or handle business operations. If no workspace administrator is assigned, the organization administrator manages the workspace.
Process management
We recommend that the organization administrator and workspace administrator perform the following operations:

The organization administrator creates a space and sets the default workspace.

The organization administrator or workspace administrator manages workspace roles and sets the default role.

Add organization members by using one of the following methods:

The organization administrator adds members individually, assigns them to specific workspaces, and grants them specific roles.

The organization administrator adds multiple organization members and grants them the default roles of the default workspace.

The workspace administrator adds workspace members and assigns them specific roles.

The organization administrator configures data authorization, interface management, and organization-level settings as needed. The organization administrator or workspace administrator manages workspace member groups and workspace-level settings.
