Quick Audience:Organization and Workspace Management

Quick Audience is divided into two levels: organization and workspace.

Organization, Workspace Description

After you purchase Quick Audience with an Alibaba Cloud account, you can manage your organization as an administrator by default.

You can create multiple workspaces in an organization.

A workspace is referred to as a "space" and often corresponds to a subdivision of a brand or department. Organization members need to join a space to become a space member and perform user insights, user marketing, and other business operations related to the brand or department in the space.

An organization member can join multiple spaces.

Space members have different permissions in the space according to their roles. A workspace administrator has all permissions on a workspace and can manage the configurations of the workspace. For more information about the permissions and management of workspace roles, see Workspace Role Management.

Important

The organization administrator is automatically added to all workspaces and has the same permissions as the workspace administrator. You can replace the workspace administrator to manage workspace configurations or perform business operations. If no space administrator is set for a space, ask the organization administrator to complete the corresponding space management.

recommend organization administrator and workspace administrator perform the following operations:

  1. The organization administrator creates a space and sets the default space.

  2. The organization administrator or workspace administrator manages the space role and sets the default role.

  3. You can use one of the following methods to add organization members:

    • The organization administrator adds organization members individually, adds them to the specified workspace, and assigns them to the specified roles.

    • The organization administrator adds multiple organization members and grants them the default roles of the default workspace.

    • The workspace administrator adds workspace members and assigns them to the specified roles.

  4. Based on business requirements, the organization administrator performs data authorization, interface management, and organization system configuration. The organization administrator or workspace administrator performs workspace member group management and workspace system configuration.
