You can upload images, videos, audios, and Lottie as the material library when creating marketing tasks in advance. In addition, the materials you upload when you create a marketing task are also saved in the material library. You can manage these materials in a centralized manner.
The maximum retention period of the material is 365 days. The material will be automatically deleted 365 days after it is uploaded. If the material needs to be used for a long time, keep a copy locally.
Upload materials
Requirements for uploaded materials:
Image :BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG. The size of the image is less than 10MB. If the size is 2MB to 10MB, it will be compressed after upload.
Lottie: A Lottie animation file in the JSON format. The size of the file is less than 10MB.
Video :MP4 format. The size of the video is less than 10MB.
Audio: The audio is in the MP3 format. The audio is less than 2MB in size and 60 seconds in duration.
Procedure:
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace> User Marketing > Marketing Management > Material Management. On the Material Management page, click Upload Material in the upper-right corner.

Add a local file in the pop-up window.

Optional. If you want the uploaded material to be shared in the workspace, select Enable Sharing.
Click Upload. The added files are uploaded to the material library.
Manage materials
As shown in the following figure, the page displays all uploaded materials. Information such as the material name, size, format, and label is displayed below each material.
You can select Image, Video, Audio, or Lottie to display only the materials of the corresponding type.
You can select My Materials or Shared Materials to manage only your own materials or use shared materials that are uploaded by others.
You can select a tag from the drop-down box in the upper right corner to display only the materials of the specified tag group.

Manage materials, including renaming, tagging, downloading, sharing, and deleting.
Material Rename
Click the
icon below the material, edit the new name in the text box, and click the
icon to complete the rename.

Material labeling
Single tag:
Click Tag below the material. The Tag dialog box appears, as shown in the following figure.

Select the required tags for the material. A maximum of 10 tags can be selected for a material.
Click OK.
Batch labeling:
Click Batch Edit in the upper-left corner. The buttons for batch labeling appear, as shown in the following figure.

Select multiple materials. The Select All button is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Click Tag. The Tag dialog box appears. The subsequent operations are the same as those performed when you tag a single material.
Manage tags
In the Tag dialog box, you can manage candidate tags, including:
Create Tag: Click Create Tag, enter a tag name in the field, and then click OK, as shown in the following figure.
A total of 50 tags can be created.

Delete a tag: Click the
icon to delete the tag. The material that has this tag is not deleted, only the tag is removed.
Material Download
Only batch download is supported:
Click Batch Edit in the upper-left corner. The button for batch download appears, as shown in the following figure.

Select multiple materials. The Select All button is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Click Download. The selected material is downloaded to your computer.
Share or unshare material
Single share or unshare:
Click Share or Unshare below the material to share or unshare the material.
Batch share or unshare:
Click Batch Edit in the upper-left corner. The button for batch sharing appears, as shown in the following figure.

Select multiple materials. The Select All button is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Click Sharing Settings.
In the dialog box that appears, select Shared or Unshared and click OK.

Material deletion
Single Delete:
Click Delete below the material to delete the material.
Batch Delete:
Click Batch Edit in the upper-left corner. The button for batch deletion appears, as shown in the following figure.

Select multiple materials. The Select All button is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Click Delete to delete the selected materials. Exercise caution when you delete the selected materials.
