Configure the Alibaba Cloud SMS API to use the Alibaba Cloud SMS sending service in marketing. The Alibaba Cloud SMS service is activated for your Alibaba Cloud account.
Procedure
In the upper-right corner
of the page, choose Organizations > API Management. 
Alibaba Cloud SMS Settings: Click Edit, configure the following items, and then click Save.
AccessKey ID and AccessKey accessKeySecret: Log on to the Alibaba Cloud SMS by using your Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user. You can obtain the AccessKey ID and AccessKey ID and AccessKey ID by clicking Obtain Parameters in the preceding figure. For more information, see obtain AccessKey.
If you want to receive responses to your SMS messages, turn on Receive Upstream Messages. After you turn on the switch, you must configure the following items: Upstream Messages-MNS Queue Name and Upstream Message Backflow Analysis Source.
Status reAPI-MNS queue name, upstream message-MNS queue name: After you log on to the Alibaba Cloud SMS by using your Alibaba Cloud account, click Access here in the preceding figure to go to the corresponding page, as shown in the following figure.
Upstream Message Backflow Analysis Source: Select an analysis source to store SMS messages received from user replies.
Enable SMS Public Number: After you configure an Alibaba Cloud SMS API, you can apply for the SMS Public Number feature regardless of whether you enable upstream message reception. For more information, see Activate Alibaba Cloud SMS Official Account.
Activate Alibaba Cloud SMS Official Account
After you configure the SMS API of Alibaba Cloud, if you are a merchant of a Taobao or Tmall store, you can apply to enable the SMS official account feature. When you send promotional messages, you can include store information, menus, and links.

Procedure
In the upper-right corner
of the page, choose Organizations > API Management. 
In the SMS Settings section, click Apply for Activate. On the Apply for SMS Public Number page, configure the following parameters:
Shop Information: The shop information is displayed on the SMS page, as shown in the following figure. The preview on the right side of the configuration page shows the specific style that you have configured.
Store Name: Enter a maximum of 15 characters.
SMS Signature: You can add only signatures that have been approved by the SMS platform.
Logo upload: PNG files with 400*400 pixels and white background are supAPIed.
Menu Information: The menu information is displayed at the bottom of the SMS API, as shown in the preceding figure. The preview on the right side of the configuration page shows the specific style you configured.
Left Menu Copy: Select Shop Homepage from the drop-down list.
Left Menu Link: You can only enter web addresses under the three domain names of taobao.com, tmall.com and tb.cn. You can directly copy the link to the home page of the store and supAPI up to 108 characters.
Chinese Menu Copy: Select Hot Products or Selected Products from the drop-down list.
Middle menu link: only the web addresses under the three domain names of taobao.com, tmall.com and tb.cn can be entered, and the baby link can be directly copied with a maximum of 108 characters.
Right Menu Copy: Select Member Center, Membership Gifts, New Product recommend, Latest Activities, and Shop from the drop-down list.
Right Menu Link: You can only enter URLs under the three domain names of taobao.com, tmall.com, and tb.cn, and the URL can be up to 108 characters in length.
Contact Information: used to approve the application.
Name: Enter a name that can be up to 15 characters in length.
Phone: Enter a phone number and click Send Verification.
Verification Code: Enter the verification code.
Email: Enter an email address. The email address can be up to 108 characters in length.
Alibaba Cloud Account: Enter an Alibaba Cloud account. The account can be up to 108 characters in length.
After you complete all the information, click Submit.
The application will be approved by a dedicated person. after successful activation, promotional messages sent by you using alibaba cloud Short Message Service will contain the short message public number style (only applicable to android phones such as huawei, xiaomi, vivo, and oppo).
