Performance Testing Service (PTS) uses the pay-as-you-go billing method. Charges are calculated and deducted only after each stress testing task completes. Because no advance payment is collected, no refund applies.
How billing works
PTS measures usage in Virtual User Minutes (VUM). After a stress testing task completes, the system calculates the VUM consumed and automatically deducts the corresponding fees from your account balance.
This post-usage billing model means:
No upfront payment is collected before a task runs.
Fees are settled per task based on actual VUM consumption.
No prepayment exists, so no refund is applicable.
