The Expenses and Costs console lets you view and filter spending details for your PolarDB-X instances. Before reviewing charges, confirm which fees apply to your billing method.
Billing methods
PolarDB-X supports two billing methods. The fees included in each method differ.
| Billing method | Fees included |
|---|---|
| Pay-as-you-go | Instance type and storage capacity fees, charged by actual usage. If you enable optional features such as backup, additional fees apply. Backup storage that exceeds the free quota is charged for the excess. |
| Subscription | Instance type and storage capacity fees for the subscription period. |
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
An Alibaba Cloud account with access to the Expenses and Costs console
View bill details
Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.Expenses and Costs
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bills > Bill Details.
Click the Billing Details tab.
Set the filter conditions to narrow your results.
NoteThe time range filter spans one calendar month only. For example, a range from January 10, 2022 to February 10, 2022 is not valid because it crosses two calendar months.
