    PolarDB:Change from a single availability zone to three availability zones

    Migrate a PolarDB-X instance from a single availability zone to three availability zones online in the PolarDB-X console.

    Considerations

    Note

    Migration across availability zones moves data across data centers, so the total migration time depends on the data volume.

    Procedure

    1. Log on to the PolarDB-X console.

    2. In the top navigation bar, select the region where the instance is deployed.

    3. On the Instances page, click the PolarDB-X 2.0 tab.

    4. Find the instance and click Instance ID to go to the instance details page.

    5. On the Basic Information page, in the Topology Information section at the bottom of the page, click Migrate Across Zones on the right.

    6. In the Migrate Across Zones dialog box, click Three-Zone Deployment, and then select the target availability zones and the switching mode.

    7. Click OK and wait for the migration task to complete.
