Change overview
The revision version numbers of PolarDB for PostgreSQL clusters have been changed to a 6-digit format. The first two digits represent the PolarDB product version, the third and fourth digits the compatibility version, and the fifth and sixth digits the revision version.
You can view the revision version number of a cluster in the PolarDB console or by executing the following statement:
SHOW polardb_version;Mapping between previous and new revision version numbers
For PolarDB for PostgreSQL 14 and later versions, the revision version numbers are changed by adding the PolarDB major product version number "2.0" at the beginning of the existing revision version number. For example, the revision version number 14.15.29.0 is changed to 2.0.14.15.29.0.
