PolarDB:Set cluster parameters

Last Updated:Mar 30, 2026

Use the PolarDB console to view and modify runtime parameters for your cluster. Check the Force Restart column before submitting changes to avoid unexpected downtime.

Note

The parameters listed in the PolarDB console are the authoritative source for which parameters can be modified on your cluster.

Prerequisites

Modify cluster parameters

  1. Log on to the PolarDB console.

  3. Find the cluster and click its ID.

  4. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Settings and Management > Parameters.

  5. In the upper-left corner of the page that appears, click Modify Parameters.

  6. Find the parameter you want to change and enter a new value within the range shown in the Range to Be Modified column. To read the description of a parameter, hover over the 参数图标 icon next to its name.

    Note

    Warning

If the Force Restart column shows Yes for any modified parameter, the cluster restarts after you click OK. Schedule your operation before you modify the parameter. Proceed with caution.
