PolarDB:View database storage usage

Procedure

1. Log on to the PolarDB console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Clusters, select the region where the cluster is located, and then click the target cluster ID.

2. On the Basic Information page, in the Distributed Storage section, view the Database Storage Usage.

   This section displays details such as the database storage usage (for example, 2.31 GB), storage billing method, and storage type (for example, PSL5). It also shows the capacity limit for the current specifications, the Blktag limit, and the Inode limit, along with their usage percentages.

   Note

   The maximum storage capacity depends on the cluster specifications. To increase the capacity limit, upgrade your cluster specifications. For more information, see change specifications.

FAQ

Q: Why does the database storage space returned by SQL statements differ from the database storage usage displayed in the console?

A: SQL statements retrieve the logical size of a database. The database storage usage shown in the console is the physical storage space as reported by the file system.
