Large file upload | You can enjoy the privilege of uploading a large file up to 500 GB directly to your organization workspace. This streamlines the management and distribution of your enterprise files. |
Packaged download | When you download folders, the server compresses the folders into a single package for fast download. |
Global Accelerator (GA) | GA helps increase the transfer speed of point-to-point uploads and downloads across different countries and regions and reduce latency. If you want to use GA, contact us to enable it for you. |

Folders in a team space | Folders can be stored in a team space. This allows enterprise users to internally share files by using group folders. |
Security | |
Log audit | PDS allows you to query user operation logs. These logs record detailed information such as the operator, operation time, and specific actions performed. Logs can also be exported. |
Internal enterprise watermarks | PDS allows you to select a watermark type based on your business requirements. Watermarks are applied to all files available for online preview and appear whenever a user views these files. This helps ensure the security of your enterprise files. |
Externally shared watermarks | During external sharing, a preview watermark can be added to display the account information of the URL creator. This enhances the security of shared enterprise files. |
Storage encryption | PDS uses a server-side encryption mechanism to protect static data. This feature is suitable for scenarios in which enterprises have high security or compliance requirements for file storage. After this feature is enabled, PDS encrypts uploaded files before they are put in persistent storage. When a user requests to download an encrypted file, PDS automatically decrypts the file before the file is returned to the user. |
Permissions and access control | CDE uses a hierarchical permission structure with four distinct user roles: super administrator, drive administrator, team administrator, and regular user. This structure ensures that unauthorized users cannot access file information from other teams at higher levels. This enhances team space management and security within enterprises. |

Comments for shares | After a share is created, the sharer can add comments to the share. When recipients access the shared URL, they can view added comments. This ensures clearer and more efficient information transfer and enhances the experience and satisfaction of recipients. |

Recycle bin retention policy | You can customize the recycle bin to retain deleted files for a period ranging from 1 to 365 days. Within the retention period, files can be effortlessly restored. After the retention period, files are automatically purged from the recycle bin. |
Version history management | You can merge files of historical versions, specify the maximum number of historical versions to be retained, and specify the retention period of historical versions. |

High image quality | PDS supports the 1080p resolution, delivering an immersive viewing experience. The video quality dynamically adjusts based on your available bandwidth. |
Multiple video playback speeds | You can enjoy the flexibility of variable online playback speeds for videos stored in your organization workspace. The following playback speeds are supported: 0.5x, 0.75x, normal, 1.5x, and 2x. |
Multiple audio playback speeds | You can play audio at the following variable playback speeds: 0.5x, normal, 1.5x, and 2x. |
Online decompression | You can decompress a package online and view or download the files in the package directly without the need for local extraction. This feature supports selective extraction of files within RAR, ZIP, and 7z packages. The maximum size of a 7z package is 5 GB. |
Custom domain names | You can configure a custom domain name to remove daily limits on external sharing and internal sharing/authorization. |
Custom enterprise style | Custom enterprise names and logos are supported. |
Mounted drive | You can mount a local virtual drive to PDS to access your cloud files. This provides extended storage capacity for your computer and seamlessly integrates PDS into your operating system. The intelligent caching significantly boosts file access speeds. |
