How to delete a domain
You can delete a domain in the PDS console or by calling an API operation. Before you delete a domain, make sure that all files in the drive and the recycle bin are deleted.
Method 1: Use the PDS console

Log in to the PDS console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Photo and Drive Service (Developer Edition) > Domains.

Find the domain that you want to delete and click Delete in the Actions column.
In the Delete Domain confirmation dialog box, click OK.
Method 2: Call an API
Call the DeleteDomain API operation.
How to delete a user
Method 1: Use the BasicUI console

Navigate to the BasicUI console.

Log in to the PDS console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Photo and Drive Service (Developer Edition) > Domains.

Find the domain that you want to manage and click Details in the Actions column.

Click the Applications tab.

Find BasicUI and click Manage in the Actions column.

In the left-side navigation pane of the BasicUI console, click Team Management.

Select the user to delete, and then click Transfer And Delete or Forced Deletion.
Method 2: Call an API
Call the DeleteUser API operation.
Why can't I delete a drive?
You cannot delete a drive if it contains files. These files may be fully uploaded or partially uploaded from an incomplete task.
Why can't I delete a user?
Before you delete a user, make sure that no files exist in the user's account and that no personal space is allocated to the user.
Files remain after folder deletion
Folder deletion and copy operations are asynchronous. You can use the task ID to query the status of a deletion or copy task.
Billing continues after domain deletion
Ensure that you have deleted all domains in your account.
In the PDS console, click the region selector in the top navigation bar. Switch to each region and verify that you have deleted all data. After you clear all data, billing will stop.
PDS supports the following regions: China (Hangzhou), China (Shanghai), China (Beijing), China (Zhangjiakou), China (Shenzhen), China (Guangzhou), Germany (Frankfurt), US (Silicon Valley), Singapore, and Indonesia (Jakarta). The India (Mumbai) region is discontinued. For each region, make sure all your data is cleared from the Domains list.
