Multimedia Analysis provides algorithm recognition capabilities, such as foundation model service and advanced model service. This service is billed based on the number of service points consumed.

Billing methods
Resource plans
Resource plans are prepaid packages. You can purchase a plan of a specific size based on your estimated usage. A resource plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During the validity period, consumed service points are first deducted from the resource plan's quota. Any unused quota in the plan automatically expires at the end of the validity period.
If you purchase multiple resource plans for the same service point type, the plan with the earliest expiration date is used first. If multiple plans have the same expiration date, the system randomly selects one for deduction.

Pricing advantages of resource plans
Resource plans are valid for one year, while pay-as-you-go tiered pricing is calculated on a monthly basis.
Pay-as-you-go uses tiered pricing, while resource plans offer a flat-rate discount. For example, if you use 20 million foundation model service points in a month, the pay-as-you-go cost is USD 12,745, while the resource plan cost is USD 10,000.
Pay-as-you-go
After you activate Multimedia Analysis, pay-as-you-go is the default billing method. You are billed monthly for the service points you consume, with no usage limit. This method uses a tiered pricing model. Bills are generated on the first day of the following month.
