This issue may be caused by a Google Chrome compatibility problem. Try either of the following solutions:
Switch browsers. Open the file in Safari or another browser to verify whether the issue is specific to Chrome.
Download and play locally. Download the MP4 file to your device and play it in any media player or browser.
