Problem description
Resource group-related requests fail.
Causes
Resource groups are supported only for buckets in specific regions. The error occurs when you make a resource group request for a bucket in a region that does not support resource groups.
Solutions
Resource groups can be used only in Alibaba Cloud public cloud.
Check that your bucket is located in one of the supported regions listed below.
