Causes
Cold Archive and Deep Cold Archive are available only in select regions.

Check whether your region supports Cold Archive and Deep Cold Archive before creating the bucket. For more information about the storage classes, see Overview.
If the region you use does not support these storage classes, either switch to a supported region or use a different storage class.
