Problem description
The Remark parameter value in the XML request body is invalid.
Causes
When configuring Quality of Service (QoS) rules for a bucket, OSS rejected the request because the Remark parameter value does not meet the required format.

Solutions
Make sure the Remark parameter value meets both of the following requirements:
Encoded in UTF-8
No longer than 255 characters
