    This topic describes the cause of the "You are forbidden to list buckets" error returned when you access the accelerated domain name that is mapped to a bucket and the solution to the error.

    Symptom: You receive the You are forbidden to list buckets error when you access the CDN accelerated domain name.

    Cause: AGetBucket (ListObejcts) request is sent to CDN. By default, this request is denied by CDN.

    Solution: In the CDN console, configure a URL rewrite rule to point requests for the root URL to a specific file. For example, rewrite the accelerated domain name example.aliyundoc.com to example.aliyundoc.com/index.html. For detailed instructions, see Access URL Rewrite.
