The date prefix in an OSS inventory list uses GMT. The trailing Z in the timestamp (for example, 2022-08-30T16-01Z) indicates UTC, which is 8 hours behind UTC+8. If you search for an inventory file by its local date, the file may be stored under the previous UTC calendar day.
For example, an inventory list exported at 2022-08-31 00:01 UTC+8 is stored under the date prefix 2022-08-30T16-01Z.
To find the correct file, subtract 8 hours from your local time and look for the corresponding UTC date prefix in your destination bucket.
