    :"not supported format" error when using OSS video to capture frames

    Problem description

    After you use Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) to generate a signed video frame URL through the SDK, the URL cannot be opened and a "not supported format" error is displayed.

    Cause

    OSS can capture images from video objects only in the H.264 and H.265 formats.

    Solution

    When you use video frames, make sure that you use H264 and H265 encoded video files. For more information, see Video frames.
