The Expenses and Costs console lets you view OSS charges broken down by billing item, instance, account, or time granularity. Use this when you need to audit a monthly bill, investigate an unexpected charge, or export raw data for offline analysis.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
An Alibaba Cloud account with OSS usage
Access to the Expenses and Costs console
In the navigation pane on the left, choose .
View billing details
Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.Expenses and Costs console
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bills > Bill Details.
On the Bill Details page, click the Billing Details tab.
Set to the month you want to view, then set Product to Object Storage Service. The page displays all OSS charges for the selected billing cycle.
(Optional) Adjust Statistic Item and Statistic Period to change how charges are grouped and displayed.

Use Statistic Item and Statistic Period to control how the bill aggregates your usage data.
Statistic Item
Groups charges by the dimension you select.

Statistic Period
Controls the time granularity of the bill.

Understand usage values
OSS charges are calculated hourly. When you select Billing Cycle or By Day for Statistic Period, the Usage column shows cumulative usage, not instantaneous usage.
For example, if you store 1 TB of data for a full day and select By Day, the Usage column shows 24 TB — the accumulated usage across 24 hours of storing 1 TB.
