Disables static website hosting for a bucket and deletes the redirection rules of the bucket.
Usage notes
By default, an Alibaba Cloud account has the permissions to disable static website hosting for a bucket and delete the redirection rules of the bucket. If you want to disable static website hosting for a bucket and delete the redirection rules of the bucket by using a RAM user or Security Token Service (STS), you must have the oss:DeleteBucketWebsite permission.
