OOS allows you to create applications by using templates. You can use ROS templates to create custom applications. After you create applications, you can classify the resources, control permissions, configure monitoring and alert settings, and manage the lifecycles of resources by groups in a visualized manner. This simplifies O&M processes and reduces costs.
Procedure
Log on to the CloudOps Orchestration Service console. In the left-side navigation pane, click . On the Application Management page, click the Create Application tab and then click Create from Existing Resources.
On the Create Application page, configure the Application Name and Description parameters and click Create.
Go to the Application Management page and click the My Applications tab. On the My Applications tab, find the application that you created and click its name to go to the details page of the application. In the upper-right corner of the application details page, click Create Application Group. In the Add Group dialog box, click Create from Existing Resources.
On the Add Group page, configure the Region and Group Name parameters.
On the Add Group page, select and import existing resources, then click Create.
Select resources from the resource list and import the selected resources.
Enter one or more resource IDs and import the resources.
Select resources based on tags and import the resources.
Select a resource group to import resources in the resource group.
