Use Quota Center or the virtual private cloud (VPC) console to view quotas, request quota increases, and create quota alerts by setting thresholds for quota usage or the remaining quota.
Background information
Quota Center is an Alibaba Cloud service that helps you centrally manage quotas for various Alibaba Cloud services, such as NAT Gateway. If you use multiple Alibaba Cloud services and want to manage all service quotas from a single interface, use Quota Center.
The VPC console also provides an entry point for managing NAT Gateway quotas. If you do not need to centrally manage quotas for multiple services, you can manage service resources directly in the VPC console.
Prerequisite
By default, only Alibaba Cloud accounts are authorized to manage quotas in Quota Center. For RAM users to manage quotas, you must grant RAM users the AliyunQuotasFullAccess permission.

Create a quota alert
You can create alerts for some NAT Gateway quotas by setting a threshold for either quota usage or the remaining quota. When the quota usage or remaining quota reaches the threshold, the system sends an alert message to the specified webhook address using an HTTP POST request. This lets you request a quota increase in a timely manner and prevent business interruptions.

Add a quota to a quota template
If a quota template is Enabled and you have added quotas to it, the template automatically submits quota increase requests for new members that the management account adds to your resource directory. The quotas for existing members are not affected. You can use a quota template to request increases for multiple quotas at the same time. This improves the efficiency and automation of quota management for your entire organization.
Before you add a quota to a quota template, make sure that:
You have enabled a resource directory and enabled the quota template.
You are logged on as the management account of the resource directory, or as a RAM user that is attached to the management account and has the AliyunQuotasFullAccess permission.
