Deletes a NAT IP address.

Operation description

DeleteNatIp is an asynchronous operation. The system returns a request ID, but the NAT IP address is not immediately deleted because the deletion task continues in the background. You can call ListNatIps to query the deletion status of the NAT IP address:

When the NAT IP address is in the Deleting state, the NAT IP address is being deleted. In this state, you can only perform query operations.
When the NAT IP address cannot be queried, the NAT IP address is deleted.
