Credits billing
Billing description
Credits consumed per request are dynamically determined by model type, token usage, thinking mode, and tool calls. Actual consumption is subject to the billing details.

Taking qwen3.6-plus as an example, the estimated Credits consumption for a single request is as follows:

Deduction order
Credits are first deducted from the seat plan's monthly quota.
After the seat quota is exhausted, Credits are deducted from the shared quota pack. When multiple shared quota packs are held, the one expiring soonest is consumed first.
After all Credits are exhausted, the service is suspended until the next billing cycle or until a shared quota pack is purchased to replenish Credits.
View Credits consumption
There are two ways to view your Token Plan Team Edition Credits consumption:
Option 1: Token Plan console
Log on to the Token Plan console. On the My Subscriptions page, select the Token Plan tab to view the usage overview for your current plan, including overall quota utilization percentage and seat information.
Option 2: Billing Management
Log on to the Billing Management Token Plan page to view summary information such as total Credits, remaining balance, and expiration countdown, as well as usage details by time (including deduction time, deducted product, model inference usage, deduction coefficient, and deducted Credits).
Usage policies
Scope of use: Token Plan Team Edition is intended for interactive use with compatible AI tools only. It must not be used for automated scripts or application backends. Violation may result in subscription suspension or API Key revocation.
Data security: Token Plan Team Edition does not use conversation data for model training.
Account compliance: API Keys are for the subscriber's personal use only. Do not share or expose them publicly.
Refund policy: Token Plan Team Edition does not support refunds. Subscriptions cannot be canceled after purchase.
Service region and cross-border data transfer: Token Plan Team Edition supports only the Singapore region with global deployment mode. Model inference is executed globally. Input and output data involves cross-border transfer. Ensure that your use of Token Plan Team Edition complies with applicable laws and regulations.
