If Simple Message Queue (SMQ, formerly MNS) payments remain overdue for over seven days, the service is suspended.
Billing cycle: hourly
View the bill of the previous hour in the SMQ console. Deductions apply to your Alibaba Cloud account balance. A bill is generated within one hour after the current billing cycle ends.
Suspension consequences:
The SMQ API access is disabled.
Resources, such as topics and queues, are permanently deleted.
Unprocessed messages are automatically deleted after the specified validity period has ended. After being deleted, they are irrecoverable.
