If your payment is overdue for more than seven days, Message Service (MNS) will be suspended.
Overdue payments of MNS are handled by using the following methods:
The billing cycle of MNS is one hour. You can view the bill of the previous hour in the MNS console. The amount is deducted from the balance of your Alibaba Cloud account. A bill is generated within one hour after the current billing cycle ends.
If your account balance is insufficient to pay the bill and your payment is overdue for more than seven days, Alibaba Cloud will suspend MNS. This indicates that you can no longer use the MNS API. After the specified validity period ends, unprocessed messages are automatically deleted and cannot be restored.
