Check MaxCompute Studio version

1. In the main menu, click File > Settings....

2. In the left-side navigation pane of the Settings dialog box, click MaxCompute Studio.

3. On the MaxCompute Studio pane, the Updates Checking section shows the current version of MaxCompute Studio and information about the latest release.

Check for new versions

• By default, MaxCompute Studio automatically checks for new versions. When an update is available, MaxCompute Studio notifies you.

  The notification provides the following options:

  • Install: Click Install in the notification to automatically download and install the new version. After the installation, restart IntelliJ IDEA.

  • Settings: Click Configuration in the notification to configure automatic updates.

• If automatic updates are disabled, follow these steps to manually check for and install a new version:

  1. In the main menu, click File > Settings....

  2. In the left-side navigation pane of the Settings dialog box, click MaxCompute Studio.

  3. On the MaxCompute Studio pane, the Updates Checking section shows the current version of MaxCompute Studio and information about the latest release.

  4. Click Check new versions to find and install the latest version.

     Note

     You can select the Automatically checks for new version checkbox to enable the automatic update feature.
