The Promotion Center is a discount tool in the Seller Portal that lets independent software vendors (ISVs) set percentage discounts for their listings. Discounts apply to all buyers or to a specific buyer identified by user ID.

When to use Private Offer instead
If you need to offer a fixed-amount discount rather than a percentage, use Private Offer instead.
