1. Register a Business Account
Visit the Alibaba Cloud Homepage and click Free Account in the top right corner.
Choose Business Account.
Fill in Email Address and Password, then Click Sign Up.
Choose Verification Methods (Phone/Email), Please check with your Partner for Country/Region Option.
1.1. Basic Information
Bind Secure Mobile Phone and fill in Basic Information. The Payment Information part can be skipped when Partner doesn’t have Company Credit Card.
1.2. Checking Account ID
Click Console in the upper right corner, then click the Avatar for Account ID information, it will be a 16 digit number.

2. Apply to Become Technology Partner
2.1. Submit Application Form
Visit the Marketplace homepage https://marketplace.alibabacloud.com/and click More - Sell in Marketplace in the top right corner.
Fill in all required fields.
Read and agree to the Vendor Terms and Product Listing and Intellectual Property Enforcement Policy located at the bottom of the application form.
Click Submit Application. Partner will receive a confirmation email.
2.2. Application Approved
Partner can publish Free and BYOL products once registration succeeded.
