This topic describes the limits of data read and write in Log Service.

Number of read operationsThe maximum number of read operations is 600,000 per minute. If the limit is exceeded, the HTTPS status code 403 and the "Read QPS Exceed" error message are returned. If you want to raise the limit, submit a ticket.
ShardWrite traffic
  • If indexes are configured in a Logstore, the maximum write traffic of raw data is 5 MB per second.
  • If no indexes are configured in a Logstore, the maximum write traffic of raw data is 10 MB per second.
Not required. If the limit is exceeded, the system continues to provide the service. However, the quality of the service may be degraded.

Read trafficThe maximum read traffic is 10 MB per second. Not required. If the limit is exceeded, the system continues to provide the service. However, the quality of the service may be degraded.
