Enterprise administrator privileges

After you purchase AI Coding Assistant Lingma (Lingma) Enterprise Dedicated Edition, a pre-configured enterprise administrator account is automatically provisioned. The enterprise administrator holds full administrative privileges, including:

  • Managing users, organizations, and licenses.

  • Accessing the management console of all organizations.

Before using Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition, the enterprise administrator must complete the following configurations:

  1. Create users within the enterprise.

  2. Create organizations.

  3. Configure global settings.

Enterprise administrator privileges can be granted to or revoked from users. However, at least one active administrator account must be retained at all times.

Grant enterprise administrator privileges

On the Enterprise Settings > Users page, find the user you want to configure and choose More > Edit in the Actions column, as shown in the following figure. In the dialog box that appears, set Administrator to Yes. You can also designate a user as the enterprise administrator during user creation.
