The problem
Receipt photos from business trips often have random filenames such as IMG_20240301_xxx.jpg, requiring you to open, rename, and categorize each file manually.
After using QoderWork CN
Point QoderWork CN to a folder of receipt photos. It recognizes the amount, date, and expense type of each receipt, then batch-renames and archives the files in your specified format.
This folder contains my business trip receipt photos. Perform the following operations:
1. For each photo, recognize the expense date, amount, merchant name, and expense type (Dining/Transportation/Accommodation/Other).
2. Rename the files using the format: Date-Type-Amount-MerchantName.jpg (for example, 20240301-Dining-128CNY-SomeRestaurant.jpg).
3. Create subfolders by expense type and archive the files.
4. Generate a reimbursement summary sheet (Excel) that lists the details of all receipts and the total amount.Core value
