Refund rules
If you decide to cancel your Lingma subscription, you can request an unconditional refund within five days of purchase. You can also cancel pending renewal orders.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are applicable to orders within five days of purchase with no reasons given, and orders with renewal that have not taken effect.

Refund amount = Total paid amount - Consumed amount
The total paid amount refers only to the portion of the order paid by cash, and does not include amounts offset by vouchers or coupons.
Steps to cancel

Submit a support ticket and choose Financial > Cancellation Inquiry, detailing the reason for cancellation, such as the product or instance being canceled.

For requests of an unconditional refund within five days of purchase, Alibaba Cloud engineers will review whether the cancellation request meets the criteria. Upon approval, the engineer will assist the customer in completing the cancellation.

Once cancellation is confirmed, the instance will be immediately released, and the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
