Deliver Agent capabilities to end users through a three-tier configuration system — no need to manage the underlying runtime yourself.
Forward Mode wraps Build Mode with a three-tier configuration system (Enterprise → Template → User) plus built-in IM channels, scheduled triggers, and end-user identity isolation. Administrators pre-configure an Agent's shape and available resources; callers then pass a template_id and an identity_id to start using it immediately — no need to understand the underlying Agent runtime.
Forward Mode includes native IM integration (Feishu, DingTalk, WeChat, WeCom), scheduled execution (Schedules), and per-user identity isolation (Identities). It is designed for SaaS builders, business integrators, and teams that serve a large number of end users or downstream callers. This layer contains the resource families: Templates, Identities, Sessions, Schedules, and Channels.
