IoT Platform:View data metrics

Last Updated:Jun 15, 2026

The Real-time Monitoring page displays the number of online devices, upstream and downstream message volumes, and messages forwarded by the rules engine.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IoT Platform console.

  2. On the Overview page, find the instance that you want to manage and click the instance ID or instance name.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Monitoring and Operations > Real-time Monitoring.

  4. On the Data Metrics tab, select a product and time range. You can select 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, or a custom time range of up to 7 days.

    Note
    • The system collects data every minute.

    • Data collection may be slightly delayed.

On the Real-time Monitoring page, click the Data Metrics tab. Use the Product and Time drop-down lists to select a target product (for example, Power Bank Cabinet) and a time range (for example, 1 week). You can then view data metrics such as real-time online devices. To configure alerts, click Configure Alert Rules.
