Once you have initiated a data synchronization task for a cloud product data source, you can monitor detailed sync task information, including its status, associated storage tables, and operational details. Additionally, you have the option to augment the storage tables with new fields as required. This topic guides you through the process of inspecting sync tasks and their corresponding storage tables.
View sync task details
In the IoT Platform console, click Overview. On the Overview tab, find the instance that you want to manage and click the instance ID or the instance name.
Navigate to the left-side navigation pane, select DataService Studio > Data Ingestion, and single click the Cloud Products tab.
Locate the desired cloud product data source task and single click the Operation column's View Task button.
On the Cloud Product Task page, review the listed sync task details.

Synchronization Status
Check the current status of the cloud product data source synchronization.
Synchronization Task
Check the Sync Start Time, Sync Duration, and Sync Cycle (including Hour and Day intervals), as well as the Status of the task operation (such as Initializing, Waiting, In Progress, Successful, Failed, Terminated, or Expired).
Click the filter icon to apply filters to the Sync Cycle and Status columns, allowing you to view synchronization tasks that meet specific conditions.
Operation Log
To access the operation log for a sync task, single click the Operation column's View Log.
If the Status of the sync task is not Successful, you can click Operation and select Retry to rerun the task under the specified conditions.
At this stage, the task's synchronization start time column displays an icon . Single-click the icon to check the initial run time of the task.
To view detailed logs of the task's execution, click View Log in the corresponding operation column for the task.
View data synchronization storage tables
On the Cloud Product Tasks page, click Data Synchronization Storage Tables located to the right of Details.
Navigate to the Storage Table Details page to review the Basic Information and Table Structure.
