In the Other Settings menu, you can view the content of SMS messages that IDaaS sends to end users.
IDaaS sends an SMS message when a specific user action triggers an enabled feature. For more details, see the console.
To prevent potential security issues, IDaaS automatically replaces any period (.) with an asterisk (*) in the message content.
IDaaS provides the following six SMS templates: SMS verification code login (triggered when a user selects this login method after an administrator enables it; the message contains a verification code and its validity period), SMS-based second verification (triggered when a user chooses SMS verification after logging in with a username and password, provided an administrator has enabled this feature), change mobile number and new number verification (triggered when a user starts to change their registered mobile number), reset password via SMS (triggered when a user verifies their identity via SMS to reset a forgotten password), initialize password (sent after an account is created if an administrator has enabled SMS password notifications), and admin-initiated password reset (triggered when an administrator resets an account password and chooses to notify the user via SMS).
Sending these SMS messages through IDaaS is currently free.
Future releases will let you use custom SMS gateways and edit message content.
