IDaaS CIAM uses a tiered cumulative pricing model based on monthly active users (MAU) as the billing unit, with a pay-as-you-go billing method.
Billing method
Pay-as-you-go.
Billing cycle
Monthly active users are calculated hourly. Bills are generated the following day.
Billing model
Total product price = Product usage fee + Monthly active user fee
Total price = Daily edition fee × Number of days + Number of MAU × Tiered unit price
The monthly active users (MAU) are billed using a tiered cumulative pricing model, with daily billing. The billing rules are as follows:
MAU | MAU unit price (USD) |
MAU ≤ 50,000 | 0.24 |
50,000 < MAU ≤ 1,000,000 | 0.2 |
1,000,000 < MAU ≤ 10,000,000 | 0.16 |
MAU > 10,000,000 | 0.12 |
The billing rules for product usage fees are as follows:
Edition | Product usage fee (USD/hour) | Notes |
Basic Edition | 3 | Billed hourly. Bills are generated on the next day. |
Enterprise Edition | 16 | |
Ultimate Edition | 42 | |
Others | The price is determined based on performance and concurrency requirements. Contact the product team to discuss performance and pricing. |
For example, if an enterprise that uses the Enterprise Edition has 10,000,000 users and 100,000 MAU in a calendar month (30 days), the monthly payment is calculated as follows:
Monthly active user fee: 50,000 × 0.24 + 50,000 × 0.2 = USD 22,000.
Monthly product usage fee: 16 × 24 × 30 = USD 11,520.
The total monthly bill for the enterprise is 11,520 + 22,000 = USD 33,520.
