MAU is calculated hourly. Bills are generated the following day.
Billing model
Your total monthly bill combines two components:
Total price = Product usage fee + Monthly active user fee
Product usage fee: Edition hourly rate x number of hours
Monthly active user fee: Number of MAU x tiered unit price (calculated daily)
MAU pricing
MAU is billed using a tiered cumulative model. Each pricing tier applies only to the portion of MAU that falls within that range.

For example, if an enterprise that uses the Enterprise Edition has 10,000,000 users and 100,000 MAU in a calendar month (30 days), the monthly payment is calculated as follows:
Monthly active user fee: 50,000 × 0.24 + 50,000 × 0.2 = USD 22,000.
Monthly product usage fee: 16 × 24 × 30 = USD 11,520.
The total monthly bill for the enterprise is 11,520 + 22,000 = USD 33,520.

Example 1: Enterprise Edition with 100,000 MAU
Scenario: Enterprise Edition, 10,000,000 total users with 100,000 MAU, 30-day calendar month.
