    Managed Service for Grafana:Billing rules

    Alibaba Cloud Managed Service for Grafana was available for commercial use from 00:00 on February 8, 2023. Managed Service for Grafana provides three editions: Shared Edition (free of charge), Pro Edition, and Advanced Edition.

    Shared Edition

    By default, Managed Service for Grafana provides a free workspace that integrates the data of Application Monitoring and Managed Service for Prometheus into the following dashboards:

    • Application Monitoring dashboard. You can only read data from the dashboard. For information dashboard metrics, see Application Monitoring metrics.

    • Default Managed Service for Prometheus dashboard. You can only read data from the dashboard. For information dashboard metrics, see Metrics.

    • Alert Management dashboard. You can only read data from the dashboard.

    • Synthetic Monitoring dashboard. You can only read data from the dashboard.

    Pro Edition and Advanced Edition

    Managed Service for Grafana Pro Edition and Advanced Edition support the subscription billing method. You can select an edition and subscription duration based on your business requirements.

    • If this is the first time that you activate Pro Edition (10 users), you can enjoy a one-month free trial.

      Note

      You need to set the Subscription Duration parameter to 1 Month when you purchase the workspace.

    • The start and end dates of the subscription duration are both calendar days, and the minimum duration is one month. A monthly resource plan takes effect on the day you purchase the resource plan.
