View and modify Grafana workspace information - Managed Service for Grafana

View and modify workspace details, connection settings, and cloud service integrations from the Workspace Information page.

Procedure

Log on to the Managed Service for Grafana console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Workspace Management.
On the Workspace Management page, click a workspace ID. The Workspace Information page appears.

The Workspace Information page has two sections: Basic Information displays workspace ID, name, status, edition, version, authentication method, description, public IP address, creation time, expiration time, and connection details. Cloud Service Integration lists integrated and unintegrated cloud services on the left and shows data source details and sync status for the selected service on the right.

Basic information

The Basic information section supports the following operations:

Modify the workspace name or description.
Release the workspace.

Note
Releasing a workspace removes its IP address but retains Grafana data.
Upgrade or downgrade the workspace.

Note
During upgrades, a new server starts automatically to avoid service interruption.
Update the Grafana version.
Note
- Back up your data before upgrading the Grafana version.
- When the workspace runs the latest Grafana version, Upgrade no longer appears next to Version Number.
Change the protocol to HTTP or HTTPS, or modify the port or domain name.
Click the endpoint to open Grafana.

Log on with the admin credentials you set during workspace creation, or click Sign in with Alibaba Cloud to use your Alibaba Cloud account.
