On the Workspace information page, you can view or modify the basic information and connection information of a workspace, or integrate a cloud service into the workspace.
Procedure
- Log on to the Grafana Service console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Workspace Management.
- On the Workspace Management page, click the ID of the workspace that you want to manage. The Workspace information page appears.
What to do next
On the Basic information page, you can perform the following operations:
- Change the workspace name or description.
- Release the workspace. Note After you release a workspace, its IP address is not retained whereas its Grafana data is retained.
- Upgrade or downgrade the workspace.
- Upgrade Grafana Service. Note
- Before you upgrade Grafana Service, we recommend that you back up the data of your workspace.
- After you upgrade Grafana Service to the latest version, Upgrade is no longer displayed next to the Version parameter.
- Change the protocol to HTTP or HTTPS, or change the port or domain name.
- Click an endpoint to go to the Grafana page. Note On the Grafana logon page, you can log on to Grafana by using a Grafana administrator account and password that you specified when you created the workspace. You can also click Sign in with Alibaba Cloud to log on by using the current Alibaba Cloud account.
Integrate a cloud service into the workspace
Grafana Service allows you to integrate and synchronize data sources and dashboards of Alibaba Cloud services into your workspace with simple configurations. For more information about how to view and manage the integrations of Alibaba Cloud services, see Manage cloud services.
