    Managed Service for Grafana:Create and manage a Grafana workspace

    Create a Managed Service for Grafana workspace and integrate different versions of Grafana to monitor cloud resource metrics in real time.

    Create a workspace

    1. Log on to the Managed Service for Grafana console.

    2. On the Overview page, click Create Workspace.

    3. On the buy page, configure the following parameters and click Create Now.

      Parameter

      Description

      Workspace Name

      Enter a name for the Grafana workspace.

      Admin Password

      Set the admin password.

      Region

      Select the region where the workspace resides.

      Version

      The edition of Managed Service for Grafana. For information about the billing of each edition of Managed Service for Grafana, see Billing rules.

      Grafana Version

      Select the version of Managed Service for Grafana.

      Number of Accounts

      Select the number of accounts. For information about the prices for different number of accounts, see Billing rules.

      Duration

      Select a subscription duration.

      Auto-renewal

      If you enable auto-renewal, billing automatically starts after the trial use expires. For information about billing, see Billing rules.

      Resource Group

      The resource group used to manage resources of your Alibaba Cloud account. Then, you can centrally manage permissions, deploy resources, or monitor resources.

      Tag

      Specify the Tag Key and Tag Value fields to facilitate workspace management.

    4. After you complete the payment, you can view the created workspace and its expiration date on the Workspace Management page.

    Manage a workspace

    On the Workspace Management page, you can:

    • Click a workspace ID or click Manage in the Actions column to view or modify the basic information, parameters, and data sources of the workspace.

    • Click the workspace URL to open the Grafana console.

      Note

      Log on with the admin credentials you set during workspace creation, or click Sign in with Alibaba Cloud to use your current Alibaba Cloud account.

    • Click Renew in the Actions column to extend the validity period of the workspace.

    • Click Upgrade or Downgrade in the Actions column to change the Managed Service for Grafana edition for the workspace.
