Feature Enhancements

• In Real ID and ID Recognition, the enhancements in product are as follows:

  • Optimize document quality and enhance algorithm performance.

  • Optimize the algorithm recognition for the ISSUE_DATE field in HKID (docType=08520000002) to improve recognition accuracy.

  • Optimize the OCR algorithm for the ID_NUMBER field in Philippine UMID (00630000001) to improve recognition accuracy.

  • Optimize the OCR algorithm in HK Entry Paper (docType=08520000008) to improve the accuracy of recognizing entry and stay dates.

  • Add a default returned field certCountry to indicate the document issuing country.

  • Optimize the OCR algorithm to improve the recognition accuracy of SYMBOLS in HKID (docType=08520000002).

  • Support to disable the document schematic when automatically identifying document types (customer may request to turn this off).

  • Add a new input parameter field autoDocCountryCode, supporting the specification of country scope when automatically identifying document types.

  • Add support for additional document types, including Serbian ID cards, Barbadian ID cards, and more. For details, please refer to the following document: Document types supported and OCR results returned | API Reference.

• In Portal, the enhancements in product are as follows:

  • Under Portal-UI Configuration, add default text for the face color-based verification feature in Native SDK and Web SDK.

  • Under Portal-Case Search, optimize the data query display and export capabilities, and add export fields.

• In Connect and Face Capture, the enhancements in product are as follows:

  • Add riskMode to API request parameters to disable risk-control cooldown rules in Connect.
