:Common error messages that may appear when quotas on Express Connect are exhausted and the corresponding solutions

The number of Express Connect circuits that are connected to the access point reached the upper limit.

The quota on Express Connect circuits is exhausted. By default, you can connect at most two Express Connect circuits to the same access point in an Alibaba Cloud account.

If you want to use more than two Express Connect circuits, you can apply for a quota increase by using one of the following methods:

• Go to the Quota Management page in the Express Connect console and apply for a quota increase. For more information, see Manage Express Connect quotas.

• Go to Quota Center to request a quota increase.

The number of free virtual border routers (VBRs) that you created for your Alibaba Cloud account has reached the upper limit. You can contact your account manager to apply for an increase of VBR quotas. We recommend that you delete the VBRs that are no longer in use and try again.

The quota on Express Connect circuits is exhausted. By default, you can create up to five VBRs for an Express Connect circuit in your Alibaba Cloud account.

• If VBRs are no longer in use, you can delete them and create new VBRs in the Express Connect console.

  Warning

  Make sure that the VBRs that you want to delete are no longer in use. Otherwise, your business may be affected.

• If you want to create additional VBRs, you can contact your account manager to apply for an increase of VBR quotas.

The number of free VBRs that you created for other Alibaba Cloud accounts has reached the upper limit. We recommend that you delete the VBRs that are no longer in use and try again. For regions outside the Chinese mainland, you can contact your account manager to purchase additional VBRs. For regions in the Chinese mainland, you can contact your account manager to purchase additional VBRs if your Alibaba Cloud account and the account for which you want to create VBRs belong to the same enterprise.

The quota on Express Connect circuits is exhausted. By default, you can use an Alibaba Cloud account to create up to two VBRs for other Alibaba Cloud accounts.

• If the VBRs are no longer in use, you can log on to the Express Connect console, disable and delete the VBRs on the details page of the Express Connect circuit, and create new VBRs.

  Warning

  Make sure that the VBRs that you want to delete are no longer in use. Otherwise, your business may be affected.

• If you want to create additional VBRs for other Alibaba Cloud accounts, you can contact your account manager to apply for an increase VBR quotas.

The number of VBRs that you created for this Express Connect circuit has reached the upper limit. Delete VBRs and try again.

The quota on Express Connect circuits is exhausted. By default, you can create up to seven VBRs for each Express Connect circuit.

• If the VBRs that you created for your Alibaba Cloud account are no longer in use, you can delete them and create new VBRs in the Express Connect console.

  Make sure that the VBRs that you want to delete are no longer in use. Otherwise, your business may be affected.

• If the VBRs that you created for other Alibaba Cloud accounts are no longer in use, you can log on to the Express Connect console, disable and delete the VBRs in the details page of the Express Connect circuit, and create new VBRs.

• If you want to create more VBRs, you can contact your account manager to apply for increasing VBR quotas.

The value of a parameter is invalid. The value of the RiPerUser parameter exceeds the maximum number of peering connections that you can create for an Alibaba Cloud account.

The quota on Express Connect circuits is exhausted. By default, you can create up to 10 peering connections for each Alibaba Cloud account. The peering connections include VPC-to-VPC connections and VBR-to-VPC connections.

• To apply for a quota increase of up to five peering connections, go to the Quota Management page in the Express Connect console. For more information, see Manage Express Connect quotas.

  Note

  If the system denies your request for a quota increase, contact your account manager.

• To apply for a quota increase of more than five peering connections, contact your account manager.

The value of a parameter is invalid. The value of the RiPerVRourter parameter exceeds the maximum number of peering connections that you can create for a virtual private cloud (VPC).

The quota on Express Connect circuits is exhausted. By default, you can create up to five peering connections for a VPC.

The value of a parameter is invalid. The value of the RiPerVRourter parameter exceeds the maximum number of peering connections that you can create for a VBR.
