The connector feature of EventBridge has been taken offline since April 30, 2021 and is implemented by custom event sources.
Procedure after the change
When existing message data is connected to EventBridge as a custom event source, events are pulled to custom event buses by specifying event providers.
Procedure before the change
Connectors are used to pull events from event sources and then push the events to custom event buses.
Impact on users
The connector feature has been migrated to custom event sources, and you can no longer create connectors. EventBridge ensures the smooth transition of existing connectors. For more information about subsequent operations, see Procedure.
