The Elasticsearch Clusters page of the Alibaba Cloud Elasticsearch console displays the basic information of Elasticsearch clusters. This page also allows you to create clusters, configure the initiative alert feature, add tags to clusters, update cluster statuses, export a cluster list, customize a cluster list, and manage clusters.
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Elasticsearch console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Elasticsearch Clusters. The Elasticsearch Clusters page appears. The Elasticsearch Clusters page displays all Alibaba Cloud Elasticsearch clusters within your Alibaba Cloud account in the current region. This page also allows you to perform the following operations.
The following table describes only significant operations. The actual operations that you can perform in the console prevail.
Operation | Description |
Create a cluster | You can click Create to go to the buy page of Elasticsearch and create an Elasticsearch cluster. For more information, see Create an Alibaba Cloud Elasticsearch cluster. |
Enable or disable the initiative alert feature | You can click Initiative Alert to enable the initiative alert feature for Elasticsearch in the CloudMonitor console. This feature is disabled by default. After you enable this feature, CloudMonitor creates alert rules to detect exceptions such as abnormal cluster status, high disk usage (greater than 75%), and high JVM heap memory (greater than 85%). These rules are applied to all Elasticsearch clusters within your Alibaba Cloud account. For more information, see Configure cluster alerting. |
Add tags to clusters | If you have a large number of Elasticsearch clusters, you can add tags to the cluster to facilitate cluster management. Each tag consists of a key and a value. You can use tag keys and tag values to further classify clusters. For more information, see Manage cluster tags. |
